Quality Assurance System
Our Quality Assurance system gives firearms manufacturers and testing labs precise, repeatable ballistics and function data so they can certify performance with confidence. We combine laboratory-grade sensors, automated analysis, and traceable test protocols to produce results you can rely on for product development, QC signoff, and regulatory documentation.
What We Report
We provide verified test results with traceable tolerances:
- Point of Impact: ± 2.5mm accuracy for the center 50% of the target frame, ± 5mm for the center 75% of the target frame
- Velocity: ± 5ft/s (± 1.5m/s) accuracy
- Rate of Fire: ± 5 rounds per minute accuracy when calculated from bursts of 20 rounds or more
- Ballistic Coefficient: G1 & G7 calculations are supported and reported
*Reported results may vary based on target type, environmental conditions, ammunition, and system configuration.
How We Test and Verify
We use calibrated instrumentation and controlled conditions. Each test run is logged with timestamp, operator ID, environmental data, and raw measurement files. Sensor calibration procedures are documented and can be supplied on request for audit or compliance purposes.

Measured & Recorded Data
All of the following are captured, calculated, saved, and exportable:
- Targeting at 25, 50, 100, and 200 yards
- Velocity at muzzle, 100 yards, and 200 yards
- Time of flight to 100 and 200 yards
- Ambient conditions: temperature, humidity, and barometric pressure
Data Handling and Exports
- Data exports in CSV and JSON formats for integration with lab systems
- Raw sensor logs and processed summaries available for long-term archiving
- Role-based access controls and export logging for chain-of-custody compliance
Optional QA Modules
- Serial number tracking & audit logs
- Function testing (cycle, malfunction & trigger pull metrics) *if instrumented
- Endurance testing & long-run statistics
Benefits
Our quality assurance system streamlines the entire testing process, helping manufacturers move from raw data to certified results more efficiently. By delivering traceable, repeatable measurements, it enables faster QC signoffs and greater confidence in product performance. Early detection of variances during endurance and function testing reduces the likelihood of field failures, while standardized reporting across product lines simplifies compliance and documentation. Together, these advantages give engineering and production teams a more reliable foundation for decision-making and continuous improvement.
